		<description>Thanks for the thoughts.  Thanks for your commitment to being a steady, level-headed leader. I know it has to be more difficult than it looks...reminds me of that verse in James 1: let every man be quick and slow and slow...something like that.   I see this strength in you! 

Got any other practical advice for people who want to work effectively with church leadership, convinced of their calling to be part of the body, and yet are challenged to be effective without offending? Do&#039;s and don&#039;ts....?</description>
